1.absolutely very bad customer service.don't exist at all! If you run in any problem with your unit or service. Forget it. Kiss your money goodbye.They will not entertain you at all like you are communicating to a rock.
2. They know what they're doing.They even ignored my state's atty general's very minimal intervention.Not even an FTC complaint mattered.
3.Most of all they suck!
4.Patronize your own local business when it comes to buying any electronic device.You can always return or request a refund if the device quits working.
5.Sorry nettalk.Go do your business somewhere else and don't rip people's money (and their safety due to unreliable telephone voip device).
